Resolved Question: What is with my TV's digital reception of Channel 29 (irrelevant; why is it messed up, though?)?

Since the DTV switch (don't have cable or satelite), one of the channels has become very... screwy. Generally, it's fine in the evenings, won't come in in the morning, and the afternoon is hit or miss. The WEIRD thing is, this SHOULD be THE best channel of all. Why? While the channel is based in Indianapolis, it is re-broadcast out of Kokomo (only about 20 miles from my house). So, Why is the channel that is closest to my house messed up?
